The Beje

The Beje (pronounced bay-yay) was the home of Corrie Ten Boom where she and her family hid Jews from the Gestapo in Nazi-occupied Holland. It was also the home where Corrie grew up and learned about Jesus Christ from her wise father. At the Beje, there was always room at the dinner table for just one more. This blog is a collection of my musings on daily life as I learn who I am in Christ.

Cool Weather and a Cool Verse

The weather here in the DFW area has finally gotten cool. We had 100 degree weather in late September. Usually, we get cooler temperatures beginning in early September. It steadily goes down from the 100s to the 90s, and, by October, to the 80s. But the hot summer wanted to hold on for dear life. So, today the cool 50ish weather is so welcome.

Here's a cool verse:

For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. (Psa 84:11 KJV)
